What is this VUCA anyway?
The acronym VUCA was first coined by the U.S. military in the late 1990s, It has since been adopted as a fundamental strategic descriptor of this radical era by organizations worldwide.
In a world described as VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous), there are unprecedented tectonic shifts that demand a new mindset of how organizations should adapt to this radical realities.
Here is a short description about VUCA:
